Executive profiles – With over 20 years experience Afiya Miles has dedicated herself to the Hospitality Industry.  Starting in the industry in 1997 as a night auditor.  Afiya took on several different positions across multiple brands within the Marriott and Hilton umbrella.  Throughout her career she has demonstrated success in driving-multimillion-dollar sales while providing excellent leadership in highly competitive markets.  Afiya's in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry from every angle has allowed her to become a seasoned  professional in her next journey of Consulting.  

During her tenure in the  hospitality industry she has also proven to deliver sound  financial performance, maintain high quality assurance standards all while delivering excellent guest experiences.  With core competencies such as Strategic Market Planning, Pre-Opening & Opening Knowledge, Transition Experience, Team Building, High Impact Sales, Brand Awareness, Cost Control Measures through Financial Analysis.
